I think you should be able to list cake since there are people (like me) who don't really like cake, unless it's pound cake and then I'm so there with my hand out.

Regarding the chopping of hazelnuts or othernuts: use two knives together, held in the same hand, steadied with the opposite hand gently resting on top of the two blades for stability. It lessens the obnoxious rolling.
